    Logging in

I forgot my login.  How to I retrieve it?

You can click on the "Forgot your Password or User id?" link in the login box on the Welcome tab, and fill in the requested information.  We'll automatically email your login information to the email address we have on file.  You can also email Steve Woods or Nariman Ajluni or call ERS at (559) 651-3031 to request your login information.

I tried the login reminder link and was not emailed back my login.

The system sends your login information to the email address for you on file.  It's possible we either have an incorrect (or no longer valid) email address.  Another possibility would be that your email system views our automatic email as Spam.  Verify our email is not in your Spam or Trash folder; if not, email or call us to obtain your login information, and ask us to verify your email address.

I have login information but it's not working.

One common login issue is not typing in the period (.) in the username.  (i.e. typing in tcoestevew rather than tcoe.stevew)  Please make sure you include it!  Another common issue is simply incorrect login information.  Try the login reminder link to verify your login information, or email Steve Woods or Nariman Ajluni or call ERS at (559) 651-3031 to request your login information.
